A website is rarely the real problem. We ask about your customers, how enquiries reach you today, and what you have already tried. This is also where we tell you if something is not worth doing.
You get a document with what will be built, what will not, how long it takes and what it costs. Nothing starts until you have read it and agreed to it.
We do not ask for an advance before the scope is agreed. Payment is tied to milestones you can see and check, agreed in writing. If the scope does not suit you, you walk away without having paid for anything.
Work is shared with you in stages so you can react early rather than at the end. At handover you receive the code, access and documentation so that you are not dependent on us to keep the site running.
Many clients keep us on for support, SEO and campaigns. That is optional. The site is yours either way.
